If due to any reason you need to return the product or exchange then also we are ready at your service.
Return of defective and damaged Jewelry return.
If you receive any defective and damaged jewelry from us, then immediately drop a mail at visheshgold@gmail.com and/or call us at +919310076883 (10:00 am to 5.00 pm IST 5 working days) to our well experienced customer support department along with the details of defective order number, order name, tracking number etc.
How to return Refund of the money:
If you want to return our jewelry and want to refund the money by any reason, then vishesh jewels offers you free 30 days return with 100% refund for all our Jewelry. In other words if you wish to return our jewelry and want the “money-back,” we give this facility too. Make sure that minimum charges would be involved and you can easily get the money-back within 14 days on jewelry. Few steps are there to refund the money for tampered jewels.
1. Drop a mail along with complete information of the product like order no. order Id, order name, tracking no. etc. at
visheshgold@gmail.com after mail you have to call on the customer care department at +91-9310076883 (from 10:00 am to
5.00 pm IST 5 working days).
2.However, make sure that jewelry must be secure with the original packing materials, unused packing, certificate, along with
original tags and invoice provided by Vishesh jewels After this our return expert team will analyze that it is 100% in original
condition, then we will refund you back within 30 days. Kindly note that we will not entertain to any request beyond 7 days.
3.When your package is ready for return, just make a call to our customer support team during working hours we will send a
courier to pick it up from you.
4.As we receive your returned product from you in well condition (according to terms & conditions), we will 100% refund you
the money shortly.
5.Please ensure that you return the untampered jewelry within 30 days because after 30 days we will not entertain any request.
Lifetime Exchange
Vishesh Jewels offers the facility of exchange of product any time after 30days too. We offer a lifetime exchange on all our jewellery. If at any point of time you wish to Exchange or Upgrade the items, we will happily provide you with an Exchange offer with following terms:
- Jewellery products consisting of studded Diamonds Exchange at 80% of current market value
- Jewellery products with only of Gem stones Exchange at 70% of current market value
- Plain Gold Jewellery, unstudded products and Gold Coins Exchange at the prevailing rate of gold.
- The current market value will be determined by vishesh jewels & Crafts overseas.
Cancellation:
In any kind of inconsistency or conflict we can directly cancel the orders. There could be reasons of inconsistency or conflict to cancellation from our end that includes limitation of product in the inventory, mistake in pricing, found wrong information in the product etc. Apart from that vishesh jewels also has the right to check out any other additional information for the purpose of accepting the orders.
If the company requires additional information before accepting the order, then the order might get cancel. In such cases the clients are informed about inconsistency.
If you have placed the order online and want to cancel the order before shipment please make a request of cancellation of order to us. We will refund the entire amount to your bank account with the help of an appropriate payment mode within 30 days.
